6. ORDERS
Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by Powered Up Peptides.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or refund an order when reasonably necessary due to circumstances including:

- Unauthorized resale

- Technical errors
There is no general maximum quantity that a customer may purchase. However, all purchases remain subject to product availability and compliance with these Terms.
ORDER VERIFICATION
Powered Up Peptides reserves the right to conduct additional verification for certain orders, including high-value, unusually large, or potentially fraudulent transactions.
Verification may include contacting the purchaser by phone or email to confirm order, billing, shipping, or other transaction-related information.
Orders requiring additional verification may be held from processing or shipment until verification is completed. Powered Up Peptides reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if requested verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
7. PAYMENT
Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and receipt of applicable funds.
Powered Up Peptides may withhold processing or shipment of an order until payment has been successfully received or confirmed.
If a payment is declined, reversed, canceled, or otherwise fails, Powered Up Peptides may cancel the applicable order.
8. PRICING AND WEBSITE ERRORS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, availability, photographs, and other website information are accurate.
However, errors may occasionally occur.
Powered Up Peptides reserves the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate information, pricing errors, product-description errors, inventory errors, or other mistakes at any time.
If an error affects an order that has already been placed, Powered Up Peptides may contact the customer to correct the order or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.
An obvious pricing or technical error does not obligate Powered Up Peptides to fulfill an order at the erroneous price.
9. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Information appearing on our website, product pages, graphics, documents, communications, or other materials is provided for general product and research information only.

10. CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS AND TESTING

Applicable documentation should be reviewed in connection with the specific batch identified.
11. PRODUCT AND PACKAGING VARIATIONS
Packaging, labeling, vial appearance, product presentation, graphics, and other non-material characteristics may change from time to time without prior notice.
Minor differences in appearance do not necessarily indicate a difference in the identity of the product.
Customers should rely on the applicable product label and batch information rather than website photography alone.
12. SHIPPING
All purchases are subject to the Powered Up Peptides Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Shipping estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, except where otherwise expressly stated.
13. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
All purchases are subject to the Powered Up Peptides Returns & Refunds Policy.
Except for the limited circumstances described in that policy, all sales are final.
Customers are responsible for inspecting products before opening or breaking any factory seal.
14. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers with a legitimate concern regarding an order are encouraged to contact Powered Up Peptides before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
Fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or knowingly false chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders and may be contested using available transaction, shipping, tracking, communication, and fulfillment records.
Nothing in this provision is intended to eliminate or restrict any dispute rights that cannot legally be waived.
15. MISUSE AND LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

- Unauthorized use
- Improper handling

- Misuse of a product

- Use contrary to applicable laws or regulations
Purchasers assume responsibility for the lawful handling and use of products after delivery.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Powered Up Peptides and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized use, misuse, resale, redistribution, or handling of products in violation of these Terms.

The Powered Up Peptides name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, website content, written materials, product presentation, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Powered Up Peptides and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or use Powered Up Peptides intellectual property without prior written authorization, except where otherwise permitted by law.
18. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
If customer accounts are offered, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.
Customers are responsible for activity conducted through their account unless they promptly notify Powered Up Peptides of suspected unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with suspected fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, or violations of these Terms.
19. GOVERNING LAW
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
