Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. After shipment, estimated delivery is generally 2–5 business days, although carrier delays may occur.

Change or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Contact Powered Up Peptides within 72 hours of delivery. Claims involving damaged, missing, or incorrect contents must meet the documentation requirements outlined in our Shipping and Returns & Refunds Policies, including a continuous unboxing video. Verified claims will be handled according to those policies.
All sales are generally final due to the nature of our research products. Exceptions may be made for verified damaged products, missing items, incorrect items, or fulfillment errors. Products eligible for return must have their factory seal intact. Our standard remedy is replacement; when replacement is unavailable or otherwise appropriate under our policy, a refund to the original payment method or store credit may be provided.
